Avatar Securities and Lightspeed Trading Enter Into Licensing Deal
Avatar Securities, LLC and Lightspeed Financial, LLC today announced that they have entered into a software licensing agreement in which Lightspeed Financial will make available Lightspeed Trader, their direct market access (DMA) trading platform, to Avatar Securities, a Manhattan based proprietary trading broker-dealer. This agreement will allow Avatar to offer a best of breed execution platform to the traders on their proprietary trading desk.
Lightspeed Trader is an industry-leading trading platform used by some of the most successful professional traders, trading groups, and hedge funds. The low-latency, feature-rich platform allows for traders to easily design layouts, customize order entry, and tailor position management to fit their trading needs.
